The Department have Book bank facility for the students those who need books for the semester-long studies. Mainly the book meant for poor students and utilized for remedial teaching in the department. The students utilizes the facility in very good manner. There are 500 books available in the book bank. Some of the books in the book bank are collected from old students.
The department have a collection University Question Papers for the students. Question Papers of more than five years are arranged in files seperately for each courses. These Question Papers help the students to familiarize with University level questions and it will make them capable of solving numerical problems also
The department is providing awareness in Higher Education and new oppurtunities in Research , Internships, Summer reseach fellowships offered by prestigious Institutions in India and abroad. Guidance is providing to the students for the admission tests like JAM, CUSAT CAT, Central University Entrance Examinations etc.
The Department have two well- equipped Laboratories namely General Physics Lab and Electronics Lab.

The Department have the facilities to conduct research in Nano Science ,Astrophysics and Machine Learning . The Department provides facilites to conduct Projects works for P.G. Students.
